Schedule of Events
August 12-18, 2002

Monday, August 12, 2002
A member of the Roadway 2002 NTDC Committee will meet you in the BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA upon arrival to the airport. They will provide transportation to the hotel. Vans will be clearly marked "Roadway Express Safety" and will be parked outside the baggage claim area.
Check-in at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee Hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted at our "Welcome Table" and escorted to the hotel's registration desk. After you take your luggage to your room, please report back to the "Welcome Table" where you will be escorted to the Roadway Express Hospitality Suite. Food and beverages will be provided throughout the day in the Hospitality Suite. No additional activities are planned for the evening.

Tuesday, August 13, 2002
8:00 a.m. Drivers, AGO Staff, DSMs, and coaches, meet in the lobby for bus to Milwaukee terminal (family members will be on their own)
Attire: Drivers and spouse/adult guests are to wear white Polo/with Roadway doubles. All others should wear casual attire.
8:30 a.m. Tour/workshops with the drivers on personal interviews, written exam, and 2:00 p.m. pre-trip. A light lunch will be available
2:15 p.m. Buses will return to hotel
6:00 p.m. "Get Acquainted Dinner"
Attire: Drivers and spouse/adult guests are to wear white Polo/with Roadway on the collar. All others should wear casual attire.
9:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 14, 2002
8:30 a.m. Team Roadway photo (all drivers meet in the lobby). Spouse/guests are welcome to join us in the lobby to watch the photo shoot.
Attire: Drivers are to wear blue blazer, white long sleeve dress shirt, "Dress" khaki pants (flat front), Team Roadway tie and appropriate dark shoes.
10:00 a.m. Driver's Brunch (Spouse/guests are on their own. May want to attend the ATA activities that will be planned - see ATA Official Program for this information). After brunch, the drivers will walk over to the Convention Center.
6:00 p.m. TEAM ROADWAY OUTING - (requesting all drivers and family members attend this special event)
Attire: Drivers and spouse/adult guests are to wear Roadway's Henley "2002 NTDC Champions Team Shirt." Children are to wear their Roadway Kid's shirt.

**********ATTENTION DRIVERS**********
You MUST drop off your white long sleeve dress shirt and "Dress" khaki pants in your Roadway garment bag (provided to you upon check-in at the Hospitality Room). There will be a designated area in the lobby on your way out to the bus for our outing.

6:30 a.m. "Breakfast of Champions" (for all drivers and district safety managers)
Attire: Drivers if you are scheduled to compete - you are to wear your denim shirt, khaki "Cargo" pants, and normal leather work shoe attire is appropriate (should not wear tennis shoes, and should avoid loafers). Drivers not competing - are to wear White Polo with Roadway doubles.
8:30 a.m. Skills Test
We would like to encourage all drivers and family members to attend the competition and support our drivers who will be competing.
6:00 p.m. Free Night

We would like to encourage all drivers and family members to attend the competition and support our drivers who will be competing.

6:00 p.m. "Road to Milwaukee" Celebration Dinner
Attire: Drivers and spouse/adult guests are to wear white Polo shirt with Roadway on collar. All others casual attire would be appropriate.
7:00 p.m. Roadway's video crew will be available for individual and family photos.
9:00 p.m.

You MUST pick up your white long sleeve dress shirt and "Dress" khaki pants in your Roadway garment bag prior to the end of the evening. There will be a designated area in our dining room.

Saturday, August 17, 2002
6:00 a.m. Team Roadway meet in hotel lobby for Dan Marsico's, Midwest Division Vice President, "Walking Tall" parade to the Convention Center.
Attire: All drivers (including those that will be competing) are to wear the orange Polo shirt, blue "Cargo" pants, and normal leather work shoe attire is appropriate (should not wear tennis shoes, and should avoid loafers). Spouse/adult guests are to wear the orange Polo shirt.
6:30 p.m. ATA Awards Banquet
Attire: Drivers are to wear blue blazer, white long sleeve dress shirt, "Dress" khaki pants (flat front), Team Roadway tie and appropriate dark shoes. Business Attire would be appropriate for spouse/guests.

Sunday, August 18, 2002
All depart for home. Shuttle Service back to the airport will be provided. Please see departure schedule that was included in your "Welcome Packet."
