A Roadway employee will meet you at the BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA upon your arrival to the airport. The Safety Department will provide transportation to the hotel. Vans will be clearly marked “Roadway Express Safety” and will be parked outside the baggage claim area.
Check-in at the Crowne Plaza Quaker Square:
Upon hotel check-in take your luggage to your room and
then report to the “Roadway Hospitality Suite”.
Roadway personnel will be on hand to direct you. Food
and beverages will be available all day. You will be
on your own for dinner in the evening.

| 11:30 a.m. | Tour of the Akron General Office. Company Store will be opened during this time. |
| 11:45 a.m. | A light lunch will be served in the Video Studio. |
| 1:00 p.m. | Buses depart from the Employee Entrance for a trip to the “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame” |
| 5:15 p.m. | Buses depart the “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame” en-route to Hard Rock Cafe |
| 6:00 p.m. | Dinner – Hard Rock Cafe |
