A Roadway employee will meet you at the BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA upon your arrival to the airport. The Safety Department will provide transportation to the hotel. Vans will be clearly marked “Roadway Express Safety” and will be parked outside the baggage claim area.
Check-in at the Crowne Plaza Quaker Square:
Upon hotel check-in take your luggage to your room and then report to the “Roadway Hospitality Suite”. Roadway personnel will be on hand to direct you. Food and beverages will be available all day until 7:00 p.m. Anything you do after 7:00 p.m. will be on your own in the evening.
The hotel has two restaurants open Sunday evening:
City Tavern until 8:00 p.m., Trackside Grill until 10:00 p.m.

| 9:30 a.m. | Written test Conf. Rooms 201 & 204, (Families and Guest in Auditorium for A39 Presentation) |
| 10:00 a.m. | Company Store will be opened and AGO tours will be conducted at the same time. |

| 11:30 p.m. | Begin to board the buses at the Employee Entrance |
