Education is more than just filling a student’s mind with information. Education has to provide students with the knowledge, skills and inspiration they need to be successful in life and their chosen careers.
Our support of education includes our involvement with Job Corps to provide training for at-risk youth who wish to learn the skills needed for a professional driving career. Children of Roadway employees can apply for one of the college scholarships we offer.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Fund-raising activities and payroll deduction by Roadway employees raised over $176,000 for St. Jude in 2005. St. Jude is the Memphis-based center for the research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children. In just six years, Roadway employees have raised over $2 million for this cause.
