The 2008 Professional Freight Handlers Competition (PFHC) will be held April 21-23 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort & Convention Center in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
Professional freight handlers from around the country competed in regional run-offs for the chance to attend this national competition.
The 30 competitors (2008 District Winners) will face four challenges: 1) a written examination; 2) a personal interview; 3) a pretrip inspection; and 4) a forklift maneuverability course.
One of these 30 skilled professional freight handlers will be bringing home the title of 2008 Grand Champion.

Professional golfer Brad Bryant, wearing the Roadway logo on his shirt and sleeve, helped boost awareness of the Roadway brand with his second-place finish at the AT&T Champions Classic recently in Valencia, CA.
Brad finished in a three-way tie for first at the end of regulation play and bowed out after the second playoff hole. He tied for second with Loren Roberts as Denis Watson birdied the third playoff hole for the victory.
