First-Time Shipper A Basic Guide to Shipping How Your Shipment Moves  One driver moves the pencils from Harrisburg to a relay in White Pine, Tennessee. A relay doesn’t handle any freight, it simply coordinates the movement of full trailers.
 Another driver takes the pencils and other freight from White Pine to a second consolidation and distribution center in Meridian, Mississippi. Here all the inbound shipment is sorted, so they can be shipped to the service center closest to the final destination.
