Create An Account and Start Shipping
Even if this is your first time to ship with Roadway, you may qualify for discount pricing depending on your shipment type and for credit when you create an account.
To create an account:
- Call your Roadway Customer Care Center.
- Be ready to give some information about you and your shipment to the Customer Care Team member who handles your call. He or she will ask you for your contact information including physical address, phone, fax and email address. You will also be asked how often and where you ship. We also need you to describe your shipment and estimated weight.
- If you are interested in credit, you will be asked to complete a credit application.
- The Customer Care Team member who handles your call is ready to customize a solution for your shipping need and will answer any questions you have.
