  • Bill of lading forms and PRO labels (with Roadway freight identification numbers).
  • Real-time shipment tracking through our voice response system, Web site, PC software, and EDI.
  • Proof of delivery using our voice response system or Web site.
  • Multiple packages in a shipment delivered together.
  • Internal purchase order number and/or your bill of lading number printed on your freight bill.
  • International shipping assistance from our International Customer Service Center.
  • Tools for managing and processing shipping information related to rating, invoicing, routing, claims filing, service analysis, and more.
  • PC software for managing shipment information.
  • Loading and unloading of packages or units weighing less than 110 pounds each by Roadway driver.
  • Loading and unloading shipments over 500 pounds or with difficult-to-handle configurations is the shipper's or receiver's responsibility. For packages or units between 110 and 500 pounds, the Roadway driver must have direct access to the rear of our trailer and your dock. If direct access is not available, loading and unloading becomes the shipper's or receiver's responsibility. Driver assistance is available for a fee.
