Roadway Express proudly announces that James Puleo is a new addition to Team Roadway for the 2000 National Truck Driving Championships (NTDC) after his high-scoring skill test at the Ohio State Truck Driving Championships June 16-17, 2000 in Columbus.
Puleo works at the Akron, OH service center--home of the Company's corporate headquarters.
These competitions include difficult skills and maneuvering tests and a written examination covering vehicle operation and federal safety regulations. Competitors are also tested on vehicle inspection procedures.
These drivers merit the highest recognition for their dedication to safety, professionalism, and driving skill. As state champions, these drivers will compete at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) NTDC, which will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, August 9-12, 2000.
