
AKRON, Ohio—Aug. 16, 2001—Roadway Express, Inc., has been recognized for excellence by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Bob Chess, Director of Human Resources, and Susan Bianchi, Senior Human Resources Analyst, both of Roadway, received the award for the 2000 Total Compensation/ Benefits Statement in the Benefits category. The award was presented on June 25, during IABC's International Conference in New York City.
