Bob Chess, Director of Human Resources, and Susan Bianchi, Senior Human Resources Analyst, both of Roadway, received the award for the 2000 Total Compensation/ Benefits Statement in the Benefits category. The award was presented on June 25, during IABC's International Conference in New York City.
