AKRON, Ohio - June 27, 2000 - Roadway Express, Inc. (Nasdaq:ROAD - news) continues to expand its Web site offerings in the area of Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP). Two new services -- Payment History and Payment Resolution complement the existing invoicing and aging applications. These will give customers a complete view of real-time invoice and remittance activity. Customers benefit from increased efficiency and decreased research time by having the information at their fingertips. The service is available to customers who sign up for my.roadway.com, a secure, password-protected area of Roadway's Web site that provides shippers with access to customer-specific real-time shipping information and services.
