
AKRON, OH--June 19, 2002--Roadway Express, Inc. announced the achievement of a milestone safety performance at its Cincinnati, OH operation. The facility's professional yard operation has worked 543 days without an injury. This equates to 78,813 safe hours worked.

The yard operation employees are members of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 100.
