Now Roadway Air customers who use my.roadway.com can save a portion of their transportation costs by qualifying for the Roadway Air Frequent Shipper Program. Customers qualify for different incentive levels based on shipping volume. Repeat airfreight customers using my.roadway.com can obtain quotes for shipments for all Roadway Air service options, including fastest service possible, one-, two-, three-day and deferred delivery. Customers can also confirm rates, schedule pickups, and track shipments to destination using one of several e-tracking options.
A newly established Roadway Air "Customer Care Team" acts as a conduit between customers, sales representatives and the Roadway Air Forwarding Center (RAFC) to ensure smooth service for shippers who prefer the added value and consistency of a single carrier for all of their delivery needs. The Customer Care Team service emphasizes proactive communication to improve operation performance and customer satisfaction.
