Roadway Express proudly announces that Regnald Ansbach, a returning state winner, took first place in the Twins competition at the South Dakota State Truck Driving Championships held this past weekend (May 5-6, 2000).
Ansbach works at the Sioux Falls, SD service center.
These competitions include difficult skills and maneuvering tests and a written examination covering vehicle operation and federal safety regulations. Competitors are also tested on vehicle inspection procedures.
These drivers merit the highest recognition for their dedication to safety, professionalism, and driving skill. As state champions, these drivers will compete at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) National Truck Driving Championships (NTDC), which will be held at the
Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, August 9-12, 2000.
