Mr. Gomez will be recognized for his achievement at a breakfast to be held at the Oakland facility. He will receive a plaque, decals and a jacket honoring his engagement to safety.
"We are proud of Clint's accomplishment. He joins an elite group of drivers, who set a fine example of leadership and maintain the skills that will influence the transportation industry," said Tom Gidosh, terminal manager of the Oakland facility. "This is a clear indication of his commitment to highway safety and his use of the extensive defensive driving training that Roadway provides our drivers."
