Hello Roadway employees and friends,

Hope everyone is well and staying cool.

Man, has it been hot this summer. I think the average high temps in Tulsa at the PGA this past week were 101 degrees, but it felt like 115 degrees.

It was great to see some of you out there braving the heat. Thanks for the support.

I know some of you have been wondering where I have been. Unfortunately, I needed to take a couple of months off due to a minor back ailment.

I am feeling better and hope to play about 8 of the remaining 11 tournaments. The FedEx Cup begins next week in Westchester, NY.

I will start approximately 75th place out of the 144 who make it, so I have a lot of moving up to do.

Last I heard, we had a couple of outings scheduled for the weeks of Boston and San Antonio. Look forward to seeing some of you there.

Congrats to brother Brad for winning the U.S. Senior Open! What a great victory to go along with a great year.

I know everyone is excited to have Brad on the Roadway Team this year, as am I. . . but let's not get carried away. Let's try to remember who our favorite Roadway golfer is . . . OK, at least, maybe, co-favorite.

Have a good start to the new school year and best wishes to all.

Greetings to all Roadway employees and friends. Hope all is well.

It has been great to meet some of you throughout the first part of the 2007 season, and I look forward to meeting many more of you as the year progresses.

I have played in nine events in 2007 so far and will probably end up playing 25 to 27 before the year's end. I am fairly pleased with my start, but as always, hope the best stuff is around the corner. I am currently 20th on the official PGA Tour money list as well as FedEx Cup standings. (Sorry to use that dirty word.)

By the way, I did display my Roadway logo proudly when the tour required me to hang out at the FedEx Hospitality tent in San Diego for a player relations visit. Yes, everyone there did have to comment, and I did enjoy it.

I have just taken a week off to rest and work with my instructor, Brian Mogg, to be properly prepared to play the Masters at Augusta. I am heading up there today, April 1st, to get a couple of practice rounds in before the tournament starts on Thursday. From there I will go to Hilton Head, S.C., for the Verizon Heritage Open, then have a two week break.

Again, thank you all for the opportunity to represent Roadway over the past 16 months. It's been a lot of fun. Hope to see you at a tour stop in the future.

-Bart
