Roadway Announces Agreement to Sponsor PGA Champions Tour Professional Brad Bryant
 AKRON, Ohio – April 2, 2007 – Champions Tour professional Brad Bryant, winner of the 2006 Toshiba Classic and the Regions Charity Classic, is now part of the Roadway team. Roadway will sponsor Brad for the 2007 Champions Tour season.
The sponsorship agreement follows a banner year for Brad. He finished third on the money list, posted a pair of victories, had four runner-up finishes and was fourth in the season-long Charles Schwab Cup race. His season earnings more than doubled those of his 2005 season.
As part of the sponsorship, Bryant will sport the Roadway logo on his golf shirt at all Champions Tour events and will participate in special Roadway events for customers and employees. “I am glad to be a member of the Roadway team and will wear the Roadway logo with pride,” said Bryant.
Roadway also sponsors Brad’s younger brother and PGA Tour professional Bart Bryant. The sponsorship agreement with Bart is entering its second year.
“Extending our sponsorship to the Champions Tour makes great sense for us, it is a perfect fit,” said Terrence Gilbert, president of Roadway. “As a transportation leader, Roadway is known for being dedicated, resourceful and friendly. Brad Bryant has that same reputation on the Tour.”
