Congratulations to Brad Bryant, Roadway-Sponsored Champions Tour Golfer, and U.S. Senior Open Champion

BradCongratulations Brad Bryant, U.S. Senior Open Champion.

Brad started Sunday 5- behind the leader, Tom Watson, and shot a final-round 68 to win the U.S. Senior Open at Whistling Straits, in Kohler, WI. Brad's 6-under finish was the second-largest comeback in a U.S. Senior Open, and gave him the right to lift the hardware.

Brad was the only player to shoot four below-par rounds for the tournament. He played three groups ahead of the start-of-the-day leader, Watson, and was unaware of Watson's decline, as Brad shot his 6-under 68.

Bryant's final 282 led Ben Crenshaw by three, Loren Roberts by four, and Tom Watson by five.

Brad humbly accepted the title, and credited his family and his caddie, Tony Smith. The name "Brad Bryant" will now join Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino and others on the trophy cup.

This is Brad's fourth title on the Champions Tour, his second win this year, his first major, and it moves him into first place in the Charles Schwab Cup season-long race, ahead of Jay Haas.

Brad will travel to Scotland next to play in the Senior British Open Championship presented by Aberdeen Asset Mngt. July 26-29.
