Obtain a user name and password for my.roadway.com
How can I obtain a user name and
password for my.roadway.com?
Customers may register by going to www.roadway.com and clicking on "Join" in the upper-right corner of the page. They can also register by going directly to my.roadway.com. I've forgotten my user name and password for
my.roadway.com. How can I get it?
Either call 1.800.548.0435 or e-mail ecomm@roadway.com. Where can I find transit times on www.roadway.com?
Transit information is not available on our public site. However, customers who register for my.roadway.com will find transit information available by clicking on 'Service Days'. I have multiple business locations,
but on my.roadway.com, I don't see all of them. Is it possible
to view all my locations?
Yes. Multiple locations can be connected to you're my.roadway.com account. Please contact your Roadway account representative, call 1-800-548-0435, or e-mail ecomm@roadway.com. When I do a rate quote on my.roadway.com, I am asked to type in a factor. What is a factor?
Some customers' pricing programs require a manual entry to receive a rate quote. The factor asked for here is the reciprocal of your discount. For example, if your discount were 55%, your factor would be 45. If you do not know your discount, please contact your Roadway sales representative. How can I stop receiving eTracking
e-mail status updates?
Generally, e-mail will stop when a shipment is delivered. However, individual shipments may be removed from eTracking by clicking on 'eTracking' at either www.roadway.com or my.roadway.com. Next, enter the PRO number and select 'Remove this shipment from eTracking'. Please note: You may continue to receive updates for up to 7-10 business days. Technical Web Questions
'Default Janus Web Page' error on my.roadway When I try to log in to my.roadway.com,
I get a "Default Janus Web Page..." error. What can I do?
There are several potential causes. First, if you have my.roadway.com saved as a favorite/bookmark, delete it and access through www.roadway.com. Second, check your browser version to see if it needs upgrades. Third, if you access the Internet through your company network, you may need to have your administrator change your security settings to permit access to our secure site. When I try to access my.roadway.com, I receive
an error message saying the "Page cannot be found on this
server." What causes this?
Occasionally, there is a connection issue to our server that prohibits access. Please try again later. If you continue to have problems, please 'Contact Us' or e-mail ecomm@roadway.com. While trying to get a POD on www.roadway.com,
I get an error stating, "Image not available for viewing."
Can you help me?
When there is an issue with the database, or the request has timed out, the message, "Image not available for viewing" may appear. Either call your service center to receive the POD or check the Web site later. I have been locked out of my.roadway.com. What
can I do?
Once a customer has made three unsuccessful attempts to login, the account will be locked. If you become locked out, wait one hour and then try and log in again. When entering your user name and password, be sure to verify the accuracy. Often times, customers are unable to log in because the system is case-sensitive. The characters in my.roadway user names and passwords are always lower-case. How can I print a bill of lading prepared on
my.roadway.com?
Once a bill of lading is 'submitted', it can be retrieved by accessing the Bill of Lading File Folder. In the folder, to the right of the bill, you will find a link called "See the BOL (PDF)." Click on this link to launch Adobe Acrobat and view the bill of lading. This can be printed, saved or e-mailed. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat loaded on your computer, you can download it for free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html How can I print shipping labels for bills of
lading created on my.roadway.com?
Once a bill of lading is 'submitted', it can be retrieved by accessing the Bill of Lading file folder. In the folder, to the right of the bill, you will find an item called "Print Labels." Clicking on this link will launch Adobe Acrobat. Once the labels appear they can be printed. The labels are formatted to fit the Avery 4161 shipping label. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat loaded on your computer, you can download it for free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html I am trying to print out a short form bill of
lading from your web site but after I click on view document,
I receive a blank page. Why?
Try to refresh the screen. If that attempt is unsuccessful, the security may have been changed. Go to the Tools Menu and click on Internet Options, and then LAN Settings. Check the security.
