Limitations
- Images become available at 8:00 a.m. the day after delivery.

Notes for International Shipments
- BOL images are available for all shipments picked up by Roadway, Reimer, or our commission agents in the U.S.,
Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.
- Roadway does not have BOLs for shipments that were picked-up by connecting lines. Instead, our system stores the
customer's DR from when the freight was transferred to us.
- Roadway has BOLs and DRs for shipments that were picked up or delivered in another country, as long as they were
picked up or delivered by Roadway, Reimer, or an agent of Roadway.
- DR images are available for all shipments delivered by Roadway, Reimer, or our commission agents in the U.S.,
Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.
- DR images are available for all shipments delivered by connecting lines in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico,
but the image reflects the receipt generated when the freight was transferred, not when it was delivered to the customer.
- A BOL or DR may be in the form of a manifest rather than a traditional form.
